Ionic Defenders v.02 release (for real this time)

Well guys, the release of Ionic Defenders v.02 is here!

• Character Sheets for all five Ionic Defenders have been redesigned to be sleeker and offer better conveyance.
• Combat now occurs in two phases, the Battle Phase and the Banter Phase
• Each Bionic now has a unique feature that they can be taken advantage of during combat.
